Join us as we embark on the journey of sharing the collective wisdom of the Holistic Resistance and Grief to Action community.
We will launch several self-guided, pre-recorded courses per year from our core team and other leaders in the liberation movement. Taking these courses and integrating them in your life is an Action that ripples out. These courses are here to support you as an individual and community member.
This is priceless work. These courses encompass our wisdom — the lineage of so many voices and hands and hearts. Sharing generations of wisdom and new thought — a combination of heart, mind, and groundedness to the earth.
How long will courses be available?
Each pre-recorded course will be available for purchase for one week at a time — our Launch Week. During each Course Launch Week, we will have daily shares, via email, social media, and live online events to offer information and deeper engagement on the current course offered, including additional teachings, meditations, and content.

The Critical Intersection of Sex & Race for Parents Course is a self-paced, 3 hour pre-recorded course focused on white parents unpacking the culture of sexuality and race they were raised with. Our curiosity-based classes will offer a balanced awareness of your own sexuality and the culture you are bringing to your children. While this first Sex & Race Course is oriented to white or white-passing parents and families, we’ll soon be releasing more courses oriented to Families of Global Majority.

The Deep Mentorship Course is an opportunity to embody the power of supporting the next generation. Mentorship is a powerful antidote to the crises that America is in with mass incarceration and lacking access to parents and leaders to our next generation. It is an amazing opportunity for us to examine our own hearts, to heal our own hurts, and to evolve our own selves as we support the next generation.
